Thakur's Vedic Ideals

  1. Thakur's Vedic Ideals are based on science, logic, mathematics and tune. He is trying to awaken the inner consciousness of the people, liberating them from superstition and dogma.
  2. Thakur says that no one is entitled to claim any credit for any invention here. We are all carrier and propagator of the universal truth. Like sun, moon, planets and stars, we are all workers of this great universe.
  3. Just as the tape recorder is not the singer, we are also not the discoverer of anything. Everything exists here for a purpose. We are a part of the tune of the eternal music and flowing with it.
  4. Our desire to reveal Nature's truth is also Nature's inherent gift because the object of Nature is to express and reveal her eternal tune to all.

What the Vedas Declare...

  1. In the Vedic times, each and everybody, be he king or a subject, rich or poor, were associated with the profession of agriculture. Agriculture used to be considered as a holy profession in Vedic period.
  2. Vedas declared that not a single soul must pass a day without food. There must not be beggary in society. In Vedic age, perfect order was maintained for an equitable food distribution system.
  3. In the Vedic age, there was no hoarding of food items or anything. The Vedas declared hoarders as evil-doers. They were termed as exploiters and the people were ordered to fight against such evil doers.
  4. The great knowledge within the great space are the Vedas.

Truth is always Eternal

Whatever is true is eternal and everlasting. Eternal truth is true for all. Truth is religion. Religion is what sustains the created world.

  1. Whatever is true is eternal and everlasting. Eternal truth is true for all.
  2. Truth is religion. Religion is what sustains the created world.
  3. Just as the blood of all living beings is red in color, the physical and mental features of man and animals are alike.
  4. We all laugh when happy, and cry when in pain, eat when hungry and sleep when tired. The process of this creation is the same for all.
  5. The truth is everything in nature is automatic. No one needs be taught of nature’s process. Life itself is regulated by the set principles of nature. These set principles are true, eternal and everlasting. Religion is the aggregate of these set principles.
  6. This living world emanates from universal tune in which religion is inherent. This universal tune emanates from the Great Void. The Great Void is supreme consciousness, the essence of life.
  7. Everyone craves for happiness and peace. This is a religious craving because the path of religion is the path of everlasting happiness, peace, goodness and bliss.
  8. Nature provides us with all necessaries of life. Milk forms automatically in mother’s breast before she gives birth to a child. Nature has thus kept the child’s food ready even before the child is born or created.
  9. Nature constantly reminds us of our antecedents (previous life circumstances) through the medium of five natural elements (Panch Mahabhuta Tatwas), namely water, air, fire, earth and space. These five elements combine together to create a balance in nature, which helps in creation and sustenance of life.
  10. We have originated from these five natural elements. Nature constantly reminds us that our body is composed of these homogeneous matters. There was a time when we were in the sky and air, in the clouds and the sun, and everywhere in the all-pervasive firmament as particles.
  11. The tune of the universal music is flowing in waves incessantly. As a traveler in the path of knowledge and truth, you will realize the tune and progress in the path of solution. Then you will understand what to do, why you were born and what your duty is.
  12. Just as the seeds of a tree manifest through sprouts, branches, leaves, flowers and fruits, so will all living beings manifest its own self through nature’s successive process of changes. Life itself is religion and a universal tune.
  13. The constant problems of this worldly life actually prepare us for detachment and departure. That is why there are so much sorrows and sufferings, diseases and misfortunes. Nature has given the problems to awaken us; to remind us of our true quality and the purpose of life.
  14. True religion consists in a faithful discharge of our duties in the path of life. Just as the sun, moon, planets and stars work incessantly in a cohesive manner without any desire, similarly, the earth, water, air, fire and space are all working sincerely in service to others.
  15. As successors of these vital natural elements, we too have to follow their footsteps and work harmoniously for the good of others without any desire or attachment.
